Led by their requirements and ideas, backed by our own expertise, the Williams engineering team has developed a range of specialist equipment to store meat while it ages to get best yield, texture and flavour.
Other than the Back of House (BOH), Williams designed the FOH Signature series Meat Ageing Display with England green colour exterior and handcrafted the decorative stainless steel metalwork, to make it classic and blend into the hotel or restaurant interior design. The ageing process and classic meat ageing display will be part of the theatre of the dining area.
