Holt’s Cafe – an all-day-dining area that raises the traditional & historic Hong Kong Cha Chaan Teng culture to an upscale and lively contemporary experience. The open dining concept invites diners to soak in the sights of the action-packed kitchen at the Cafe. Williams’ upright display chiller combines the aesthetics and functionality and stands on the counter top in the open kitchen. It not only provides the display function for the quality ingredients but also enhances the working efficiency of the talented chefs. Under the upright display, the custom-made counter chiller exterior covered with ID cladding and also make it being not only a storage area, but also a part of decoration for the open kitchen.
Walk through the corridor on the same floor, there is a premium lounge with the glamourous design and magnificent views of the iconic Victoria harbor. Under the marble top, full of front-of-house custom-made counters covered with ID cladding, it totally blends with the interior design and functions well to support the bartenders/ waiters providing hearty services.
Go to the 4th floor of Rosewood Hong Kong, it is mainly the stunning event venues where across 3,200 square metres of space for weddings and social occasions. The venues are full of Williams custom-made front-of-house refrigeration products including counters, upright cabinets, wine towers and frost tops. Similar to the commitment from Rosewood Hong Kong “…offers superlative event space with a warm ambience for couples to celebrate their union in an intimate, luxurious setting”, Williams also committed to help customers meet the demands of complex legislation for food safety and energy efficiency, together with professional advice and innovative design.
On the 5th floor, there is a premium Chinese dining room – The Legacy House, is tied to the meaningful notion of legacy and the idea of generations past and those to come. The design concept also reflected on the corridor to the dining area. Rows of custom-made wine towers and upright beverage display are displaying the impressive wines, liquors and also the premium grade vintage Chinese tea. Next to the door of The Legacy House, there is an open dessert kitchen with a dessert display showcase, the new and traditional desserts also create a distinctive connection between the diners and the chefs.
Set on the prime position on the 40th floor of Rosewood Hong Kong, the exclusive Manor Club offers spellbinding Victoria Harbour views with the outdoor terraces. It serves as a signature executive lounge for the Suite stays and Club rooms exclusively.
